01 - WHAT IS DEADLY DOZEN?
How the race
works
In the original Track Race, you alternate twelve 400-metre runs - the Journeys - with twelve functional exercise stations - the Labours. Run, carry, lift and keep moving towards the finish.
Race alone, share the Labours in Pairs, or take turns as a Relay team. Check the format guide for weights, movements and division rules.
