is a Deadly Dozen Gym Race that involves performing either a 400m Row ERG, 400m Ski ERG or an 800m Bike ERG between each of the 12 Labours (Exercise Stations). You start with the Row ERG, do Labour 1, go on to a 400m Ski ERG, do Labour 2, go on to an 800m Bike ERG, then do Labour 3, and carry on with that cycle. Enter as a Solo (individual), or a Pair (team of two).
