This Podcast consists of Deadly Dozen discussions and general interviews. However, we also have a set structure that we use with the bulk of our guests: We ask the guest 6 questions, each of which asks for 2 tips, for a total of 12 Tips.
Of course, we start by asking the guests to briefly introduce themselves, and then we dive straight into the 6 questions. The questions are straight to the point but act as a springboard to take a deep dive into the guests' thoughts on the topic—we aim to spend 5-6 minutes on each question (each episode is around 45 minutes).
At the end of the podcast, we ask for a rogue 13th Tip that goes against the grain. This tip can relate to anything. However, we are looking for something unconventional and unique.
Podcast Structure

What are your Top 2 Mindset Tips?
What are your Top 2 Tips that are NOT related to diet and exercise for Improving the quality of someone’s life?
How do you define success and what are your Top 2 Tips for achieving it?
What Top 2 Tips are you giving yourself for the future?
The 13th Tip: Give us 1 Final Tip - this can be anything you want it to be.
