Deadly Fitness Test (DFT) is the ultimate global fitness challenge, offering a half-distance version of the Deadly Dozen Race. It is designed for all fitness levels and features six intense Rep Labours combined with six Journeys—running or cardio alternatives—to push your limits.

Register via timeCapp+, create an account, search "DFT," and upload your photo to receive your official fitCard™. Results for your event will be uploaded once the event is live, and your fitCard™ will showcase your achievements.

Next, you push your limits with the Deadly Fitness Test (DFT) in a gym setting. As you progress, you step up to compete in an official Deadly Dozen Gym Race, and finally, you’re ready to take on the whole experience by signing up for a Deadly Dozen Track Race.
